Rates include electricity, gas, water and use of all household amenities - fridge, automatic washing machine, basic English satellite TV package, stereo, etc. Weekly linen changes are also included for stays of 2 or more weeks. The following options are available at extra cost: Ground transfer by private air-conditioned minibus to/from Dalaman airport for up to eight (8) adults - £ 50 total each way.		Booking Air fares generally range between £150 and £200 in high season. If you do a costing for a party of 8 or 16 persons for charter air fares, the villa and return airport transfers, it would work out at between £220 and £300 per adult for a one- week holiday and between £280 and £380 per adult for a two- week holiday. Once a booking is confirmed a £ 100 non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days to hold the reservation. The balance is due no less than 45 days before departure to Turkey.
